Well, as the song goes .... the weather outside is frightful. But it really hasn't hit here in NYC yet. It will, and it'll be beautiful. Many of you have it already, and a few of you are sick of it. <giggle> Me?? I wanna play in the snow. Snowballs are made to be thrown. Patience isn't what it's cracked up to be. <sigh>

Well, this is the last issue for this calendar year. And to coin a over used phrase, the last one for this millennium. Things are leaving, and new things are coming. A new start for the next year. This will be the last issue for Fiona & Julian, but next issue we start a new story by Selene Silverwind. More new stories have started with this issue. A fresh start for Mewsings from The Alley and for Walking Between Worlds. They hold much promise for the future. You'll want to read The Alley every single issue. What a personality she has. :-) And this year has been a year also of loss. I was contacted by a mother that lost her daughter this year. Such a beautiful young woman she was. Both had read and collect C&B since the very beginning. A memorial page is set up here our new web site. You'll want to visit it in silence. Yes, our new web site. As I announced earlier, I have created a new account that I pay for as the central site for the C&B from now on. If the volume get's too big and it has to be moved, http://www.concentric.net/~Candb will point the way. No more searching, and all the search engines have been updated. No more getting lost during a move. Neat. :-) It took 171 hits the first hour it was announced, so it will be staying no matter what happens.

You'll also notice that among all the beautiful articles in this issue a book review written by some Wolfpup. :-) That was fun! I was contacted by a wonderful person at Broadway Books to do a review on one of their books. What a great one it was too!!! I've been telling all my friends about it. Well, all in all, this is a very special issue. Over 130k of original material, beginnings and endings, and well wishes to everyone around the world. I am so very thankful for so many things this year, and many of them are right here reading this issue. No matter the holiday you celebrate, I'm wishing each and every one of you a very happy holiday. To my oldest friends in CyberOak <including of course my buddy Arianne ShadowWalker>, to my family in Harbor Lights <including of course my special friends Luna and Ahneke Greystone>. Mystickally, Selene SilverWind, Druantia Moonwillow, Brenna and others too numerous to mention. My loves, my friends, my sisters and brothers. Happy Holiday's, and may the coming calendar year bring you your hearts desires .....

Blessings, Warmth and Love in your life .....
