Spring Equinox 2000 - Sarolta DeFaltay-Bell

Wow, are you ready for a great issue??  I didn't realize how expansive this issue was until I started pulling it all together.  Yep, I do it all by myself, web site and the Ezine issue.  23 articles!!  Sheesh! :-)  Between our readers and the staff, this is a wonderful tribute to life and new beginnings.  And the holiday that celebrates life and new beginnings is Ostara.

Inside you'll not only find information on the holiday and it's history, as usual, but also crafts to make.  Ever hear of Pysanky?  Eggs made in the country of Poland.  Druantia Moonwillow shows you how to make them.  There's more information in the Family Issues section than usual, as well as more in the Stories section.  This should give you plenty to read and do for the holidays and after.  How about a Book of Shadows for your children?  Kyra explains that one very well. :-)

We also have our wonderful ongoing stories of Abby, Michael and Beth, Meagan, and Mewsings from The Alley.  And this issue of Mewsings is a bit different.  Every hear of feral rescue?  It's pretty much covered in Mystickally's article.  And in this issue, Astartes takes us to an area of the feline kingdom that few have been privy to.  A tongue in cheek journal of the "CCC".  You'll have to read that one to understand.

Dor is back with a shopping section after being gone for so long, and Sarolta brings us up to date with a wonderful article on the Spring 2000 Equinox.  An unusually informative issue this time.

Our First Assistant Editor Brenna submits to you a study on Wiccan Ethics that she'd love to get your feedback on.  Very in depth questions that she would love to have all your feedback on.  Please send the responses direct to her.  The address to use is in her article.  It's her study so don't flood my mailbox. <giggle>

Mixed in with all this is a collection of articles and poems that our readers have sent.  Such beautiful work, and such talent.  It's hard to believe that so much talent is in our community.  You'll see a wonderful example of thoughts and dreams.  Enjoy each and every one.  Along with it is the beginning of a new regular I think.  "T" has been sending some wonderful thoughts titled "My Friend The Tree".  I like them so much, I already have the next issue's article in hand.  Wonderful talent, and wonderful readers.

I couldn't possible do this issue justice with my words, so I'll just leave you to those more worthy of your attention.  They never fails to amaze me.  If any reader would like to submit articles and thoughts, feel free to send them.  It's *your* ezine, not ours.  I just have a dream for C&B, and just direct/publish it.  As our wonderful founder, Pandora, put it years ago ...... A newsletter for and by the Pagan/Wiccan Internet Community.  I think that just about says it all.

Now, for your issue ....

Blessings, Warmth and Love in your life .....
